How to Install Contenido 4.6.15? Fatal error

Hi, I didn't find the answer because I don't speak german.
When I'm trying to install CMS there are some errors. Does anybody know what to do in this case?

Setup was unable to include neccessary files. The file ../pear/HTML/Common.php was not found. Solutions:

- Make sure that all files are correctly uploaded to the server.

I'm sure that all files currently uploaded to the server I've checked that up.
And what about config.php? I don't have this file in /contenido/includes/ and in the disributive too.

The config.php will be written during the setup. As the setup is not running, you don't have this file. Please upload all files again (using e.g. FileZilla) while maintaining upper and lowercase of files and folders.

No, MySQL is missing. You need a MySQL-database.

And servers of free hosting providers almost never meet the requirements (access rights, disabled PHP functions, performance, ...).
