Image browser no images

Hi,
Because I don't speak German that well I can't find my solution.

Contenido 4.6.4 / Apache / PHP 4.3.11
In my file browser, some directories with images are showing contents.. other directories won't. (browser loads long time without showing anything, only white screen)

The browser won't load the contents of this directory, there ARE images in it.. all jpg. when I delete some, everything works.. when i upload some, again, it stops working.

Any adea?

maybe image dimension is too large for some of your jpg files...
make'em smaller...

thanks...I am working 4 days on it...going crazy.
biggest is 800x600 and 83kb, is this too much?

Other problem with image manager:
-->Some images wont be inserted in editor (details shown instead on insert)
-->move_uploaded_file(): SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. Even when dir is created within contenido

I am going mad and can't find any solutions...
Hope one can help me out!

whats the memory_limit in php.ini ?
when 16MB are available, the maximum size of an image would be about 1800x1800...
a solution could be be to increase memory_limit value...

beg your provider to correctly configurate server safe mode settings...

This seems to be my problem:
Wenn ich ein Bild in einen Artikel mit Tinymce einfügen will und mein Bilderordner mehr als eine Seite hat funktioniert das Einfügen nur von Bildern der ersten Seite.
