A php include in module?

Hi,
Sorry, I don't speak German. That's a pitty when the forums of your alltime favourite CMS is German

Please help me, I tried searching the forums but language is my prob.

I need a module to include an external php file. Is such a module available? I need to include something like this:
http://www.domein.com/file.php?article_id=44, where the article_id changes per contenido page. So the enduser must be able to change this value easily.

Any suggestions welcome, any help appreciated.
