CSS and WYSIWYG

Beitrag von CZealot »

Hello,
Does Contenido 4.4.4s WYSIWYG editor support custom CSS (styles) ?
I mean if I create my custom CSS, include it in a Layout, and then try to make an article with Text(HTML) module. Will there be a listing of my CSS items in WYSIWYG ?
If yes then in my case there is a dropdown menu saying "Style" and thats all... It creates a "class" around the needed object, that can be then edited with HTML mode to assign a proper style to that object. But this is done with HTML mode not WYSIWYG...
If not, then the only way is to use HTML mode ?
Thank you in advance,

Thank you very much for your answer.
That topic helped me alot, but as I do not know German, I have some questions.
Question 1 - There are two "ways" to do. These are 2 different ways, or just 2 parts of to do process ?
Could you please explain briefly each of them ?

And the second question, as far as I understood, it must take Global CSS records of a "User" and use them in WYSIWYG, otherwise it uses WYSIWYG-s "inner" Styles (Style No1...). In my case only "Normal, Style No 1&2" are in the dropdown menu. That must mean that CSS file is not found or specified. How to Specify it then ?
Or it must be so ? :) (My logic says it musnt, because then it doesnt make sence, as I still have to manually add styles to WYSIWYG-s CSS and use them right ?).
Thank you in advance for any answer you can give.
CZealot.
