ich habe ueber diese Art Probleme hier bereits im Forum gelesen, jedoch trifft es so nicht 100%ig mein Problem.

Folgendes:
ich lege einen neuen Mandanten an und erhalte dann folgende Meldung "config.php" konnte nicht erzeugt werden. Gehe ich per FTP in das System, so sehe ich auch, dass ein neuer Ordner nicht erzeugt worden ist. In der Error-Log sehe ich dann folgende Hinweise:

Mein Provider ist "all-incl.com
deativierte Funktionen seitens des Providers:
exec,system,passthru,shell_exec,popen,escapeshellcmd,proc_open,proc_nice

Nun habe ich den Mandanten manuell und per FTP erzeugt. Die Dateien entsprechend geaendert und online gebracht. Ein Layout sowie Module und Template erzeugt. Dann einen Artikel. Gehe ich nun ueber die Konfiguration zum Editor, so erhalte ich in dem Fenster folgende Errormeldung:

Die Pfade in der Config.php sind richtig gesetzt. Ich kann mir einfach nicht erklären, warum der Pfad falsch sein sollte.
Ausserdem müsste auch der Mandant online über das Backend erzeugt werden koennen. Auf meinem Server "localhost" funktioniert es doch auch.

Die Berechtigungen sind alles richtig vergeben.

Wenn die Berechtigungen "richtig" vergeben wären, würde diese Meldung nicht erscheinen!

Prüfe bitte, ob der Webserver Schreibrechte auf die Verzeichnisse hat, auch auf das Verzeichnis, welches unterhalb des anzulegenden Verzeichnisses liegt!

Zu deiner zweiten Fehlermeldung: Bitte kopiere das Mandantentemplate von contenido/external/frontend in das Mandantenverzeichnis und passe die config.php entsprechend an. Die Fehlermeldung bezieht sich auf die config.php im Frontend, nicht auf die config.php unter contenido/includes.
