Datenbank SuperGAU??????

Wir betreiben eine Website mit Contenido 4.4.4. Sie besteht aus 4 Mandanten mit je 2-3 Sprachen. Bis jetzt hat alles bestens funktioniert.

Beim Einrichten eines neuen Mandanten passierte das Unerwartete: Plötzlich waren da Rubriken doppelt vorhanden. Die Rubriken wurden gelöscht und seither ist die ganze Site nur noch ein Trümmerhaufen. So wie es aussieht hat die DB bzw. gewisse Tabellen den Geist aufgegeben.

Daten sind offensichtlich keine verlorengegangen. Irgendwie sind aber Hauptnavigation, Hilfsnavigation völlig durcheinander gekommen.


Was ist passiert?

Ich erklär's nochmal in Stichworten:
- Neuer Mandant eröffnet
- Beim Eröffnen von Kategorien plötzlich doppelte Kategorien.
- Diese Kategorien gelöscht
- Nun erscheinen Teile aus den Hauptkategorien des Hauptmandaten plötzlich in der Hilfsnavigation der HAUPTMANDATEN im Frontend???
- Im Backend fehlen dafür die meisten Navigationspunkte des HAUPTMANDANTEN!!!

Kein Problem (dachte ich...)! Einfach ein DB-Restore und dann ist alles wieder gut! Stimmt aber leider nicht! Scheinbar sind auch Files betroffen.

Welche Files könnten da in Fragen kömmen für die Darstellung des Backends??

ein bekannter, dem ich contenido 4.4.4. eingerichtet hab, hat heute lt. eigenenen aussagen nur ein paar kategorien umbenannt/verschoben bzw. erstellt und seitdem gehen ebensolche merkwürdige dinge vor sich...

die hauptnavi hat sich partiell verdoppelt, wird aber im frontend nur einfach angezeigt. diverse menupunkte haben sich auch verdoppelt.
werden die punkte umbenannt, dann betrifft das auch sofort die kopie...

Ich würde mal folgendes Probieren:

- Datenbankbackup machen
- Die Tabelle con_cat_tree leeren (alle Kategorien müssten nun scheinbar weg sein)
- Im Backend unter Kategorie auf "Neuen baum erzeugen" klicken - die Kategorien müssten wieder erscheinen

Falls das nicht klappt, DB-Backup zurückspielen und nochmal melden

mh, also witzigerweise ist jetzt alles wieder normal, nachdem ich einfach mal bischen rumgespielt und testweise irgendeinen der doppelten kategoriepunkte irgendwohin verschoben habe.

Genauso mysteriös wie mein Problem mit den Kategorien mal : http://www.contenido.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5947 oder http://www.contenido.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5141, die sich auch durch Verschieben wieder aufgelöst haben...

Leider ist das Problem immer noch nicht behoben (denke ich zumindest), weil der Fehler nicht einfach reproduzierbar ist...

Da ich schon einige Contenidos installiert und konfiguriert habe ist mir das mysteriösche Kategorie Chaos auch schon paar mal passiert.

Meine Lösung war
1) Löschen der con_cat_tree Tabelle und händisch neu aufbauen
2) con_sequence Werte alle einfach grob erhöhen.

IMHO glaub ich, das es ein komplexer Bug ist, der irgendwie selten auftritt und dann die con_sequence verpfuscht und dannach kommen die ganzen Artikel und Kategorien durcheinander. Bis jetzt keine Zeit gehabt den Bug zu debuggen. Immer frog gewesen das chaos wieder hinzubekommen.
