Nordtømme: Java-Errors in Modules area
Verfasst: Mi 22. Mär 2006, 00:33
The problem is, that you have activated the Java-Module-Editor. Please click in Contenido on the Contenido logo, click on "Einstellungen" or "Settings" an deselect "JAVA-Moduleditor verwenden (experimentell)" or "Use JAVA module editor" (or something similar) for your account.I send this e-mail, because I don't know enough German to participate in the forum. I am hoping you can help me out with a little problem I have:
I downloaded your Advanced artikle list to use with my Condenido-powered website. I think I understood the instructions (with some help from Google translation and some almost forgotten school German), and I uploaded the php file to the www/cms/includes folder in the tree, and uploaded the xml file as a new module in the Contenido backend.
As soon as I had done that, however, some applet stopped working, and now I can no longer see the input or output fields for editing modules. (Sometimes I get a message when it doesn't work. See below.) Do you know what could have happened? Do you have any suggestions for what I should do to fix it?
This problem may be partially related to another problem I have had since I installed Contenido CMS a few weeks ago: Most files, modules, folders, articles can't be deleted, even if they're not being used. I only get the message that the file/folder/directory etc. can't be found. This seems to be another applet that doesn't work.
I know next to nothing about php, MySQL, scripting etc, and have only know some of the basics, like html and css. In other words, if you are able to help me, please keep it simple.
I am looking forward to your reply.
Best regards,
Christian Nordtømme

Regarding the other problems please provide more information, feel free to post here in english (as we currently don't have an english V4.6 area...).
It may also be a good idea to upload the Contenido files again using another FTP client, FileZilla is a good one.
