Kategorien werden mehrfach angezeigt.

Habe seit gestern einen komischen Effekt. Alle Kategorien eines Mandanten im Menü werden mehrfach angezeigt. Auch die der Metanavigation. Komischerweise kann ich die Kategorien in der Datenbank nirgendwo mehrfach finden. Alle anderen Mandanten in der Installation verhalten sich normal.

Hat jemand so etwas schonmal beobachtet?

Das gleiche hätte dir Ortwin auf dein erstes Posting antworten können. Hast du den Link überhaupt verfolgt, den er dir gegeben hat?

Ich habe lediglich gefragt, ob jemand dieses Verhalten schonmal beobachtet hat. Darauf kam nur ein Link auf einen Hinweis, Systeminformationen und Logs zu posten. Leider verstehe ich nicht alles was hier gefordert ist. Also fragte ich nach ob ich vielleicht etwas mehr Erläuterung bekommen kann. Ich weiss nicht wo das Problem liegt solch eine Frage zu stellen.

Lieber Mario_m,

das Problem liegt darin das du uns schon mehr Informationen zu deinem System geben mußt, wenn du eine vernünftige Auskunft zu deiner Frage haben willst, nicht mehr, aber auch nicht weniger.
Wenn du in deiner Autowerkstatt anrufst und am Telefon sagst, mein Motor stottert, dann wird dich der nette Servicemitarbeiter am anderen Ende auch zuerst nach den technischen Daten deines Autos fragen bevor er irgendeine Auskunft gibt.

Leider verstehe ich nicht alles was hier gefordert ist.

Du mußt es ja im Endeffekt nur per Copy&Paste hier einfügen, daran sollte eigentlich nichts sein was so schwer zu verstehen ist. Uns würden diese Informationen aber schon mal sehr weiterhelfen.

In einem Mandanten werden Kategorien im Menü mehrfach angzeigt. Dies betrifft sowohl das Hauptmenü als auch
die Metanavigation. Hier wird z.b. die Kategorie Impressum, AGBs und Sitemap jeweils dreimal angezeigt.

vielen Dank für die Infos. Mir ist natürlich klar wozu die Informationen gut sind. Den Hinweis mit dem PHP Debugger fand ich sehr sinnvoll, weiss aber nicht wie ich diesen aktivieren soll. Da die Systemvariablen mit meinem user nicht angezeigt wurden, habe ich mir zuerst die Frage gestellt wo die Informationen herkommen sollen. Mit dem richtigen user gings dann. Das errorlog musste ich mir erst vom Server per ftp holen, weils im Backend nicht angezeigt wird.

Da ich nicht nachvollziehen kann, ob die Daten nun in diesem Thread oder einem neuen gepostet werden sollen, packe ich sie einfach in einen neuen rein.

Soderle, ganz ruhig Brauner.
Können wir dann wieder auf eine etwas sachlichere Ebene zurück kommen?

1. Die Anzeige des Errorlog im BE wird sinnvollerweise gekürzt, das komplette Errorlog bekommt man, je nach Größe, nur per FTP. Ich hab schon Errorlogs mit 6 MB und mehr gesehen, das funktioniert dann irgendwann nimmer mit der Anzeige im BE.
2. Das man das gleiche, hier sogar dasselbe, Thema nicht in mehrere Threads verteilt, sollte eigentlich eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein. Steht aber soweit ich weiß eh in den Forenregeln, die ja Jeder bereits mindestens 1 Mal gelesen hat.
3. Den PHP-Debugger kann man nicht irgendwo "einfach" einschalten. Die entsprechende PHP-Erweiterung, z.B. xDebug, muß installiert, und dann zusätzlich in der php.ini eingeschaltet sein. Sowas hat man zumeist in einer lokalen Entwicklungsumgebung, weniger auf einem Liveserver eingerichtet.

Nun zum eigentlichen Problem...
Von den technischen Daten her sollte es kein Problem für Contenido geben, zeigt eigentlich auch das bei offensichtlich mehreren Mandanten die anderen Mandanten laufen. Ich habe, auch aufgrund des von dir beschriebenen Fehlerbildes, eher den Verdacht, das hier nur dieser eine Mandant im Frontend betroffen ist.

• Bitte prüfe per FTP ob mit den Dateien des FE noch alles in Ordnung ist, und ob sie in der korrekten Version vorhanden sind. Hierbei auch auf Fremddateien in allen Verzeichnissen des betroffenen Mandanten achten!
• Lösche bzw. Leere für diesen Mandanten den Cache
• Auch con_code könnte man mal Leeren
• Werden auch im BE im Kategoriebereich diese doppelten bzw. dreifachen Kategorien angezeigt, oder nur beim Aufruf der Frontend-Views?
  • Sollte es mehrere Admins oder Sysadmins geben die Zugriff auf diesen Mandanten nehmen, versuche herauszubekommen ob Jemand davon Verschiebe- oder Kopieraktionen im Kategoriebereich vorgenommen hat.

Habe folgendes ausprobiert:

con_code geleert
Inhalt des cache Verzeichnisses des entsprechenden Mandanten gelöscht
Die Dateien mit einem aktuellen Änderungsdatum, sind keine Dateien, wo ich jetzt irgendwas in der Art vermuten würde (images, css, js).
Kategorien wurden nicht verschoben
Im Backend werden diese Kategorien nicht mehrfach angezeigt.

Sobald ich eine Kategorie auf offline stelle wird sie auch nicht mehr angezeigt. Nach dem online schalten wieder dreifach.

Hallo,

ok, dann liegt es vermutlich am FE des entsprechenden Mandanten.

• Die Coredateien dieses FE-Verzeichnisses entweder nochmal mit den originalen Dateien aus dem zip vergleichen oder gleich mit denen aus einem anderen FE-Verzeichnis austauschen (front_content.php, Dateien in includes-Verzeichnis, etc.).
• Die Module zur Generation der Navi auf Veränderungen prüfen, hier hilft z.B. auch ein Blick in die History, falls vorhanden.
• Je nach Contenidoversion auch die Versionierung prüfen, evtl. wurden bei Einsatz der Fileversionierung dort Dateien verändert und danach wieder per Historyback in die Module geschrieben.
• Eine Manipulation der DB würde ich erstmal ausschließen, da es dann vermutlich in mehreren Mandanten Fehlerbilder gäbe.

Mehr fällt mir nun grad aus dem Stegreif nicht ein und ohne das Ganze zu sehen ist es dann auch schwierig.

Ich vermute, dass es das Modul ist, aber wir raten hier aufgrund fehlender Informationen ja eh nur rum.

Es sind, wenn ich richtig interpretiere, was ich lese 3 Mandanten (gesamt)
Der dritte Mandant hat ein Problem
-> da läuft das Modul wegen der 3 Mandanten 3x durch und zeigt dann 3x etwas an

Hallo,

es sind 5 Mandanten und der erste das das Problem. Ich glaube nicht, dass das Ganze etwas mit irgendeinem Modul zu tun hat.
Die dreifache Anzeige betrifft sowohl die Navigation, die Sitemap und die Metanavigation. An allen drei Modulen wurde seit Monaten nichts verändert.

@Ortwin: was musst Du denn genau sehen? Vielleicht kann ich Dir ja weiterhelfen?
